Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service are provided by Coach Kam LLC ("Coach Kam") and govern your use of Coach Kam websites, including coachkam.co and getstarted.coachkam.co, and the Coach Kam text message program. By using our sites or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

2. Age

You must be 18 or older to opt in to the Coach Kam text message program. A parent or guardian may opt in on behalf of an athlete under 18 using the parent or guardian's own mobile number.

3. SMS program description

Coach Kam sends text messages to people who opt in on our forms. If you check the follow-up box, you may receive follow-up and customer care messages, such as replies to your inquiry, scheduling confirmations, session and camp reminders, reschedule notices, order updates, and check-ins. If you check the promotional box, you may also receive promotional messages about training programs, camps, the Unbreakable Standard journal, and coaching content. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, sign up the way you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

5. Help

If you are having trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or email ck@coachkam.co.

6. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Privacy

For privacy-related questions, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Use of the sites

Content on our sites is provided for general information about Coach Kam services. Coaching supports mental performance and personal growth; it is not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and results vary from athlete to athlete. Do not misuse the sites or submit information that is not yours.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
