1. General

This Privacy Policy explains how Coach Kam LLC ("Coach Kam," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information you provide when you visit our websites, including coachkam.co and getstarted.coachkam.co, buy a product, book coaching, or opt in to our communications. By using our sites or submitting your information, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the sites or submit your information.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you provide on our forms, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and whether you are an athlete, parent or guardian, coach, or organization.
• Order and booking details, such as products purchased (for example, the Unbreakable Standard journal), coaching or camp registrations, and related correspondence. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, browser type, and device information, collected to operate and improve our sites.
• Communications such as messages, replies, or inquiries you send to us.
• SMS opt-in data: your consent to receive text messages, including the date, time, page, and method of consent, so we can honor and document your choices.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about coaching, team sessions, training camps, and products you asked about.
• Send scheduling confirmations, session reminders, order and delivery updates, and check-ins related to your coaching or purchase.
• Send promotional messages about Coach Kam programs, camps, and products, only with your consent.
• Provide customer support, operate and improve our sites and services, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / text message communications

SMS consent and mobile information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. The exclusion applies to all categories of third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf (such as our CRM and messaging platform), which may use the information only to provide that service.

By providing your phone number and checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Coach Kam. The following terms apply:

• Message types: follow-up and customer care messages (replies to your inquiry, scheduling confirmations, session and camp reminders, reschedule notices, order updates, and check-ins) and, if you checked the promotional box, promotional messages (training programs, camps, journal offers, and coaching content).
• Message frequency: message frequency varies. You may receive several messages per week while scheduling or preparing for a session or camp.
• Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at ck@coachkam.co.
• Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Submitting your number without checking a consent box does not enroll you in text messages.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our sites may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how the sites are used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not work correctly without them.

6. Data security and handling

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the information you provide. Information you submit is stored in our customer relationship management platform and related tools used to run our business. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate our sites, payments, scheduling, and communications (such as our CRM, email, SMS, and payment platforms), bound to use it only on our behalf.
• Authorities, where required by law or legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

Mobile information, including phone numbers collected via SMS opt-in, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP and opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 10.

9. Age and minors

Text message programs are intended for people 18 and older. Many athletes we coach are under 18; for those athletes, a parent or guardian should provide contact details and opt in to text messages on the athlete's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
